Pros

This is a great place to work. Everyone works really hard to complete assignments. Everyone tries to help each other especially if you are new. Your co-workers will treat you with respect and therefore you have to do the same. Support staff and attorneys throughout the offices have a good relationship. Your hardworking and hustle are appreciated by your team.

Cons

The main office is in Denver. It is hard being in a different time zones however we make it work.

Great location, office space. Good benefit package with 100% of health insurance taken care of. There is a big push to create your own business which is great for go getters.

Cons

Sometimes there is a lack of communication between practice groups, could be more cross selling.
