      Pros

      What I value most is the client interactions and working with the team at Met Council. Helping the clients of Met Council in any way I can is the best part of my job, and support of the team makes that job easier and more enjoyable.

      Cons

      Medical Insurance could be better.

      Pros

      I am a relatively new employee, but I appreciate the comradery of my co-workers and supervisors and am extremely impressed by the high quality of their work.

      Cons

      I think Met Council pays fairly as per the market but, in general, social workers are underpaid. But that is not a Met Council issue but rather an industry issue.
