      Pros

      The number one thing I value about Met Council is the work that we do serving so many people in need. It has been very fulfilling and rewarding interacting directly with the people of New York, knowing they are getting the help they need and deserve. I appreciate the ability to have a good work life balance. This is something crucial for me when seeking out jobs and I am thankful it is valued here. I also enjoy getting to work from home, but still seeing my coworkers in person.

      Cons

      I think communication needs to be improved. There have been many instances of miscommunication involving employees with managers, HR, etc.
