Flexibility of remote work, exciting event planning and execution, and the trust and respect of the senior staff. I also enjoy the acknowledgment the Executive staff has towards the hard work each of the departments put in.

I value the people I get to work with on my team and the fact that we are all working to help make a difference in the lives of real people in need. I appreciate the way they hire people who are passionate about what we do and value empathetic personality traits and a willingness to learn and work hard- over a long relevant work history. They examine people and not just a resume. The interviews are more of a conversation and not an interrogation.
