      Good work life balance, great benefits, clear concern for employees that lets them focus on the work and not worry about extraneous issues. Believe that we have a great team who works well together with effective communication and management.

Additionally, Met Council invests in its employees by offering meaningful opportunities for professional development and career growth which I value a lot.

      Pros

      I like that they promote within, offering room for advancement is a huge plus for employees. The flexibility with the hybrid schedule is great. The camaraderie is amazing. Having experienced a toxic work environment in a different organization, it was refreshing to be in a positive one.

      At this time no. I am satisfied with how things are.
