Pros

A few things I value most are the people at Met Council. I am grateful for my team members and the care we provide one another, as well as the supervision at Met Council. Not only do I feel supported and given permission to be a human while doing the difficult work we do, I also learn so much from my supervisor's direction.

Cons

No, I think Met Council is a great place to work.

Pros

I enjoy working at our organization because it offers great possibilities for growth within the company. It’s impactful, reliable, and community-focused, allowing me to make a real difference.

Cons

Yes, we could use more funding to expand our reach and help more people in need. Increased resources would allow us to enhance our programs and make a greater impact in the community.
