Pros

The people who work here truly care about the work they do, everyone works well together and treats each other with respect. The work we do is also really valuable and important. I also appreciate the hybrid model and being able to work remotely 2 days a week is a really nice balance and allows me to be even more productive.

I like the members of my team and the fact that everyone always pitches in to help each other out, "no job is too big or too small attitude". I also love that we get to work from home at least 1 day a week and that my managers are very supportive and flexible if I need to switch days in order to work better with my schedule.

Cons

Met council can improve by providing us with more structured professional development classes to improve on the skills we use every day.
