Pros
Although office was 10% filled office staff were kind and supportive. Lead system allows for great opportunities when mastered. Corporate working to make systems and technology stringer in practices.
Cons
Training for someone starting out in the industry was not great. Although teaming was a corporate slogan it was not well practiced. Managers did not even understand comp system. Managers interested in hiring experienced advisors rather than developing advisors.
