Great benefits. PTO is decent, Retirement plan

Cons

You will be required to have a heavy workload, Performance review/bonus is held over your head all year. Promotions are extremely hard.

- if your friends with VP level, you can move up and get on great projects - decent benefits - good PTO allowance

Cons

- if not friends with VP level (in IT) then you will languish in your current level for a long time - salary not competitive
