      Pros

      MetLife is the best place to work if you land up in a good team. There are some very good leaders in MetLife who still try to keep the wonderful culture MetLife once had. The recent move to Cary NC has given a lot of opportunity for local talents; this has also started changing the MetLife culture.

      Cons

      Been with MetLife for more than a year yet to hear any one discuss about career improvement plan! As in any other organization, if you have a good mentor it really helps!
