Just because they pay you little better...they threaten you every now and then to terminate, humiliate you on the floor. Bosses are hammering the talented people and bosses refuse to bring any changes. They torture you like anything and drag you from cafeteria even though you are not keeping well. Bosses are there since they have reference and contacts from the top management. Bosses are unskilled and unknowledgeable but still at that position because of unofficial support from the management and reference or contacts. They never appreciate or motivate you even though you accomplish a outstanding task. Bosses makes favourites based on the buttering skills and not on hardworking/talent based. Bosses are wasting the resources and company's funds due to " No organised planning strategy". Bosses take the credit for the hard work done by you. If you are hardworking, talented, skilled, dedicated then do not join this organisation as you will only earn money but loose your self-esteem and self confidence.
