      Some flexibility depending on the manager. Hybrid schedule. Decent pay, but......

      Cons

      Be prepared to work long hours and weekends to try and stay afloat. Some employees have unmanageable workloads, while others twiddle their thumbs and get higher raises and bonuses.

      Job experience is good.salary quite well,I cannot say it’s bad but it’s okay compared to what’s in the market right now.people are nice in my department i can say.

      Holiday is not paid as like additional money in your salary but it is converted into comp off which a lot of people are asking for money instead of converting it into comp off. The process of operations seems unorganized in everything. From operations up to the management seems everything is unplanned. IT sucks! A lot are complaining about the app or portal but seems they unknowledgeable and cluless in everything even the technical error we experience as well as employee of metlife.a lot of unresolved issued we raised.they just keep on adding option and additional work for verifying the laptop you use but the previous issue you reported are still hanging!
