Pros

There are not enough to mention except that the benefits are nice and the flex time is a bonus. The salary is ok.

Cons

Poor training. Most disorganized company to work for. Leadership is a joke. They only help there friends and look down on the other staff. The can't walk the talk and preach about one team one firm but only show leadership to a few employees.
