Pros

- if your friends with VP level, you can move up and get on great projects - decent benefits - good PTO allowance

Cons

- if not friends with VP level (in IT) then you will languish in your current level for a long time - salary not competitive

Cons

Push Marxist ideologies including Critical Race Theory, white privilege, white fragility and DEI. Pay employees to get vaccinated. Reprimand conservative rhetoric.

Pros

Benefits are good Hope you like meetings, because your day will be spent in meetings. Nights are where you catch up on the daily onslaught of emails. Prior to Covid, there were not enough bathrooms per floor. In the event of a fire, the line to go down the stairs backs up on the floor. The large meeting room is configured incorrectly. The podium needs to be opposite the doors to the room. This way people can enter/exit the meeting without interrupting the presentation.

Cons

Every 8 - 12 months, here comes another staff reorganization. Let's hire staff with PMP Certification. We never follow PMI rules and procedures, instead, we follow MetLife R&P. tree huggers with the knowledge, are too scared to share history and knowledge. Unrealistic due dates.
