Pros

Provides equipment for employees and that's about it

Cons

Thanks MetLife for choosing to take back your offer of employment simply because I shared that I was gay. I literally passed every background check and picked up all my equipment but made the mistake of sharing my sexuality during my welcome call and the next day got a call letting me know that the company has changed their mind. You should be ashamed of yourself for your behavior. I'm glad you showed your true colors early on though. I would rather not be associated with such a low life company as yours anyways..

Pros

The flexibility of MetLife has been a blessing with the ability to wfh and take unexpected pto if needed. You learn a lot about the industry from any position

Cons

There is little regulation over management style and actions. I have had management, I love and some that honestly make work a nightmare. It seems like if you have been with the company a long time you will get promoted but it’s not always in everyone’s best interest.
