Pros

amazing office with great view of downtown

Cons

I started with the company and then had a sick baby that ended up in the hospital. I should have been paid on the 15th of the month and still have not received my final pay. I continue to get the run around and so today sadly I am filing a wage complaint with the labor board.

Pros

1) Flexible work hours 2) The best boss an employee can ask for 3) coworkers who are understanding and helpful 4) excellent benefits 5) the rewards & recognition program encourages a positive work environment.

Cons

I wish MetLife was more open to work from home opportunities. My commute to work is long and and draining. If I had the opportunity to work from home even 1-2 days a week it would make a world of a difference.

Pros

The company is beginning to invest in analytics infrastructure

Cons

Most of the projects are pretty basic in the approach and execution, while the leadership lacks the ability to truly translate the company into an analytics powerhouse.
