Pros

Many positions are flexible and understanding with time needed for appointments, etc. They are really working hard at being the best in their market. They are now providing employees with various training opportunities to further career advancements.

Cons

For a company that's been around so long, you epukd think they have state of the art buildings and technology. They got a really late start on branding, employee engagement, and technology.

Too much red tape

Pros

Skilled and highly knowledgeable technical staff.

Cons

Very difficult to get anything new accomplished due to red tape. Senior management seems to change often and with that wholesale changes occur often.
