Pros

The office was close to home so the commute was a breeze. The work responsibilities were pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Cons

There is absolute No opportunity for advancement. As such there do not have any kind of employee development plan or even performance reviews.

Pros

-Good pay -Cafeteria Staff - Some co-workers

Cons

- Call volume is way too high - Overworked - Workers Comp sucks. - Management is shady and self-seeking. - Annoying /fake "community" - They don't consider the mental health of their employees - Amazing employees get "new opportunities to grow" aka more work and picking up slack from other teams, who get paid more than us. - Outdated systems - QA standards are ridiculous.
