Pros

A great deal of cultural change occurring due to relocation & restaffing of several offices around the country, which presents an opportunity to grab leadership roles. Currently the company is interested in innovation and technology leadership

Cons

Significant amount of knowledge leaving company, gaps legacy system knowledge. Compensation fair good, but Management has historically said they want the best people, while striving to pay industry average, thus frequently missing out on or losing the best people. Hopefully for their sake, that is changing.

Pros

Great benefits, great people, great company values, and good leadership. MetLife really cares to understand their employees and they do a great job of putting you the right environment to be successful.

Cons

Training was a little inconsistent at times due to the training staff being stretched a little thin, but the overall training experience was good.
