Pros

Was able to work remotely

Cons

Micromanagement at its worst; every task assigned is timed to completion; task timing is done on all tasks throughout work day; your case decisions are not accepted (reviewed by another team, if they disagree.....too bad); review scores very unfair; bonus/raises are based on scores by another department (again, they can unfairly lower your score without recourse); work load is tremendous (even for the most skilled case manager); if you take a week off for PTO you need to do 2-3 weeks of work to cover the tasks on your week off. ...Way too stressful.
