Pros

The pay is very competitive and yearly bonus is very generous. Management is very responsive and supportive. The best benefit package that I have ever seen in the insurance industry and I have worked at 5 carriers. I took a bit of a pay cut coming to Metlife but my overall take home pay increased because how inexpensive the benefits are. And the benefits are great. Three tier health insurance option with high deductible, low deductible, and a copay plan. Vision is built in the health plan. Two tier dental plan, both very inexpensive. Free basic life and Short Term coverage. Cheap supplemental life insurance and long term coverage. Flexible schedule that allows you to get your work done and still have time at home.

Cons

Only con is during the fall months work is very busy, but just need to manage your day and scheduling. However after fall is over, winter and spring months are slow and get time to recover.
