Pros

Very great medical/dental/vision and other benefits.

Cons

They will promote someone who doesn't meet the job requirements. Even when someone else does and they were more qualified for the position.

Pros

Great benefits including pension and bonus, stable company, opportunities for growth.

Cons

Management - too many managers that shouldn't be managing the workforce. Too many unproductive/ineffective coworkers that continue to game the system while management looks the other way. The workload is very heavy and working OT is the only way to make a dent. Archaic systems that have daily issues despite survey comments from customers that MetLife's systems are outdated and have frequent issues.

Pros

ability to work remotely allowed me to continue working with MS mobility issues

Cons

excessive meetings and had to complete own performance reviews which should have been manager's responsibility so they are aware of what their team is doing.
