Pros

Large, stable Corporation, in business over 150 years. Great benefits, Professional work environment, room for growth

Cons

Priorities: Stockholder, then customer, then employee. Employee is last. Poor people skills for senior management. Stock never moves.

Pros

Health and Retirement Benefits Opportunities to learn complex enterprise systems Work-Life Balance (depending on role) Generous Severance for Long term employees

Cons

Lots of talk about diversity and inclusion but no systematic action to remedy toxic management boys club culture Currently under huge organizational transformation that seems half baked Career development opportunities are limited unless you find a powerful ally, advancements go to chronies and "yes" people.
