Great Company, Minimal Opportunities

Pros

Flexible schedules, excellent PTO, casual dress, telecommuting, bonuses, food days, encourages work-life balance

Cons

Low management turnover which means bad managers are there to stay. Not much opportunities once you start feeling burned out with your role. If you underwrite, you can only advance to be a senior uw, consultant or manager which simply means more responsibilities and more work. Sales is a big focus so sales reps can be rude, demanding and lack basic knowledge as long as they meet goals- they can make the job much more difficult.
