No on-boarding process, No training, No direction, Managers are retaliatory, Nepotism, advancement not based on merit, expensive health plan, HR is non-responsive to issues.

They eventually make you feel welcomed within the company

Cons

All smoke in mirrors. They seem very welcoming at first to sucker you in for a measly salary and alot of old fashioned processes. The company needs a whole new remodeling starting from top down.
