Not bad opportunity for those who just step in career. Colleagues are always nice to share their wisdom and glad to help.

Cons

They are not generous about the compensation. They cut bonus even when job is 100% done, and always want more without award! Also if you are not Jewish, you don't have a lot pay-leave and national days off.

The office is in a nice location that’s it.

Cons

Awful training, the people aren’t welcoming, no sort of structure, very serious no fun, unrealistic expectations, not enjoyable. Keep looking for any other place. Do not work here

One reason to work here is you are able to complain to just about anyone who isn't related to the CEO. Another reason to work here is the people are actually nice and the New York office was pretty. You also got to leave as the clock struck 5pm

Cons

-Micro management - horrible benefits - The worst PTO policy I have ever seen - Nepotism - CEO makes you uncomfortable - Their former head of HR worked 10-3 and had 7 different employees under her in less than 2 years - Their interview process changed with each applicant - If this company was public it would be filled with violations
