      There are a lot of big personalities in upper management. Big changes can happen very quickly with little to no notice.

      Constant technical innovation, great talent, friendly and knowledgeable people willing to collaborate, ability to transition to other roles

      Cons

      More affordable health benefits, but the rest of the benefits are great now that we have them available i.e. LTD, STD, pet insurance, etc
