Some really good people, and talent staff

Cons

Benefits are non-existing and expensive (1600/m for healthcare) Management has no respect for experience of staff and of peoples personal time No understanding of what planning and project management is Rewards are made unattainable by design. As the lead for my team, I was told by my manager to make it impossible for my staff to meet their performance targets for bonus. Management constantly pit team members against each other on similar projects with the same objectives (they had no concept of wasting resources) The concept of team work and collaboration are a foreign concepts to them No respect for anyone's option but their own

Pros

Not bad opportunity for those who just step in career. Colleagues are always nice to share their wisdom and glad to help.

Cons

They are not generous about the compensation. They cut bonus even when job is 100% done, and always want more without award! Also if you are not Jewish, you don't have a lot pay-leave and national days off.

Pros

Love the location and the people and the culture. Open access to management. If you work hard here, you will be rewarded and recognized.

Cons

The health insurance, as far as medical is concerned, is horrible. high deductibles, and over 1000 per month for a family. That is the only negative that i can think of.The dental is great though.
