Grateful to get the stepping stone I needed.

Cons

HR is basically useless. They allow bullying even when multiple complaints/email was sent. Even the director dismissed the case, victim blaming essentially. Work is done yes, but the behavior is unacceptable.

Upper management is extremely unsupportive/ vindictive, and are known to create a toxic work environment to work in. HR is nearly useless when reporting ANY type of issues taking weeks to reply if you are lucky. Expensive insurance benefits.
