      Pros

      A lot of your coworkers are very nice and easy to get along with. Pay is okay depending on what you do.

      Cons

      Company is family owned. Management positions are filled by cousins, brothers etc.. so there is really little opportunity to move up.

      The people you work with are great. 1hr lunch.

      Cons

      Where do I start. All upper and mid management are all family. 80% of them don't know the difference between a cell phone and a pay phone. Sales offers customers the world and once on board, get only some things that were promised and leave the lower class workers to take the screaming telecom manager. No accountability. The benefits are horrible. No room for advancement. You clock in and out even if your exempt. The entitled CEO walks around aimlessly but says nothing to no one, just looks for people talking. I'm amazed they are still in business. You want a paycheck, work there, you want a career, go somewhere else. It's a black hole to no where.

      None, management excepts everyone to work 40+, without compensation.

      Low pay, benefits suck, large turn over rate, poor management
