Pros

HR team is great, has a great on-boarding orientation where you get to meet other new employees and meet the senior leadership from all the different departments. They are also available for any questions you might have If you work hard, you can easily get promoted and move up the corporate ladder Company is rapidly growing nationwide, constantly hiring due to growth They are not quick to fire someone Can learn a lot of new skills and knowledge if you want too. If you put the time and effort in, you can succeed here Diverse company great location and building in downtown NYC

Cons

family owned business, a lot of people that work here, are family or friends of the family PTO can be better the first year, however it jumps up the 2nd year to a good amount.

Pros

1. NYC office Location(Close to Wall Street) 2. Some Friendly co-workers

Cons

1. The HR team is pathetic. They have a very weak onboarding process and have difficulties in explaining the vision of the company to a new hire. 2. It's a family-owned business that clearly shows some members don't deserve the positions they have. 3. The company culture is miserable and there is hardly any room for growth because employees are treated as slaves rather than looking at ways to enhance their skills. 4.The pay is nowhere close to industry standards although they bag long term federal contracts and brag about it. 5. Health insurance is pathetic. Majority of the folks use a third-party provider because their policy is terrible. 6. Some folks in the senior management are too rigid and are not open to learning new skills which hamper the growth of individuals who work under them.
