The different business groups work well together and are very connected. There is always something to do. Upper management has a lot going on in terms of projects. They seem to have implemented an excellent project manager setup/system. Doing project work is a breeze and always moving, and the project managers are not mindless drones. If you are good at what you do with good ideas, Mettel has a process to turn your ideas into projects.

I’ve been working in this company for around 4 years. During the time I work at MetTel, there are always challenges, at the same time, opportunities! Over the past four years, I can see how much my team and the company grow. It is getting more organized and standard processes are applied across teams! The team I am working with is well-structured. The atmosphere is very good. Team members are helping each other, and the team leader is very supportive and cares about each individual’s growth. The company and management value their employees. If you have good ideas, they will listen! The compensation also getting better and more competitive now! It is a great place to work if you are proactive, open-minded, love challenges, and enjoy the feeling of continuous improvements. Great opportunity and potential to grow!
