Pros

I've been working at MetTel for a little over 2 years now. It's rare to come across a company that will hear/take your suggestions, new ideas and thoughts on the day to day operations at a company as large and successful as MetTel but they do exactly that. All of our voices, whether entry or senior level, are heard. If you put in the work and effort, it will be noticed and growth will come out of it. If you thrive off a fast-paced, challenging yet exciting environment, MetTel is for you **Huge plus is the people and office space in downtown Manhattan.

Cons

I wouldn't necessarily label this a con but if you are not looking for a fast-paced environment that will challenge you, this is not the place for you
