      Great opportunity for growth. Upper management recognizes hard work and talent.Company is growing at a great pace and you have the opportunity to grow with the company. This is the place to be if you are knowledgable,dedicated and looking for career growth.

      Cons

      Occasionally there are multiple projects assigned at the same time. You should be able to manage your time between various project and prioritize them.

      Located in the heart of Wall Street. Every train line near and a 15 mins walk to the South Street Seaport.

      Management seemed not to care about its employees. No room for growth.

      Pros

      My favorite part about this job is my co-worker's willingness to hear out and test my new ideas. If you are looking for a place to build a career, and impact a large organization using some out-of-the-box ideas, then this is the place for you. Friendly co-workers, room for growth, and beautiful office space.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is difficult to communicate with workers who are not based in the NY office.
