Pros

They paid the sales rep weekly commissions

Cons

It's all about selling new accounts... no support once the accounts run into service issues, which happens often. Sales rep takes the brunt of the customer's rant and has to constantly keep after the customer service division to get things accomplished.

Pros

Decent Pay Co-Workers are great (but dont worry about that they wont last long) Filtered Water in a kitchen that you cant use

Cons

Sr Management are all Related to CEO High employee turnover Expensive Health Insurance Poor Benefits No work/personal life balance, you are expected to put in as much overtime as you can without getting compensated No Job security, managers will sooner fire a line employee then take the heat for something they did wrong Managers are unorganized and very often unqualified All employees are always in "fire" mode, and everything is always an emergency
