Pros

Pay, benefits are on par with tech companies.

Cons

Will treat you like a disposable resource. No interest from management to develop their direct reports. Performance ratings are a farce, completely up to your manager's whims. Little care for diversity or inclusion.

Pros

The pay is the best part. The stock is doing well, although unless you get a nice RSU offer in the beginning you won't get much after that.

Cons

A lot of backstabbing people trying to look like they are adding value when really it's a bloated company that doesn't know what they are doing. Managers don't have any say in their employee management. Decisions are made behind closed doors anonymously and things are just all "out of our control".
