Pros

Interesting projects, great managers, salary and benefits, which makes it easy to work long hours

Cons

Meta let go of a huge part of its Content Designers last year, expecting remaining employees to "peanut butter-spread" across teams while simultaneously adding more career requirements for Content Designers, including design thinking, immersion in new technologies and supporting the internal Content Design community, while expecting product impact and making it harder to get a promotion. Employees compete against each other for promotions.
