      Pros

      Facebook is an incredibly well rounded company and recognizes its people at a human level, going above and beyond to encourage everyone to be their authentic self. The company is extremely mission driven. Leadership is EXTREMELY transparent, very authentic and always makes it a point to over-communicate during tough press cycles. I feel as if I have the autonomy and space to grow my career at this company and the support to do so from my managers. The culture is quick-moving, exciting and fun. The people I work with on a day to day basis are some of the most brilliant I've ever met. Work life balance is amazing and the benefits are out of this world!

      Cons

      As the company continues to experience expansive growth, it will be imperative to encourage teams to work cross-functionally (east-to-west as Mark puts it) in order to grow together and not in silos.

      - Working with the smartest people I've met. - Visible, present leadership. - Incredible salary, benefits, culture. - Opportunity to do work that matters in the world. - If you get an offer from Facebook, you have to take it. Just trust me!

      Cons

      - You are in the drivers seat of your career at Facebook, and there's no set growth plan or defined career ladder. This is challenging for some but those who are ambitious will thrive!
