      Pros

      I've never worked with a more incredible group of people at a place that drives a culture of belonging and inclusion. I came from another large tech company, and there is no comparison in terms of the way employees are able to bring their authentic selves to work. Make no mistake, however, working at Facebook is not easy, and it's not for everyone. In my mind, these things are still pros, but definitely need to be called out - super fast-paced, high bar for excellence, a ton of autonomy and freedom, and huge opportunity for impact. The opportunity is there to do amazing things at Facebook, you just have to grab it.

      Cons

      Although we are a very large tech company, sometimes we still think we are a start-up. There are processes that one would think should be in place by now that are not. Ways of working can be complex with lots of gray areas that can sometimes slow work down. And of course, FB is polarizing, just in and of itself. Disagreement with leadership decisions is common, but civil discourse is encouraged.
