People are supportive. Compensation is market comparable in London (but not outstanding)
Cons
EM is hired as technical role but on the ground its only People Management. There are clear expectations, if you don't fit that checklist you will not succeed. In London, compensation is average. The Work life balance is bad, compensation is average. Other companies have amazing work life balance but a little less compensation. Just comparing compensation without overall stress & effort is not fare and Meta is doing that. They say that company enables strengths but thats not true for Managers, EMs are a 3rd class citizen in the company.
