Pros

(some) good people work there lots of drama to talk about

Cons

low pay, little-to-no-benefits, poor location, lack of transparency in management, little opportunity for growth i've had internships where I was treated with more respect on top of that, honestly, even the product (workgroups davinci) sucks

MetaCommunications Response

There have been many changes in the last year that have coincides with our leadership changes. As a small company, we don't always have a "corporate ladder" for you to climb but we believe our employees should have a say in their role within the company. We are a very flat organization and all employees are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones. Many employees are currently involved in committees or teams who function out of their typical role. Respect is everyone's responsibility and we take this feedback very seriously. We will continue to be open and transparent with all employees and look out for each other as much as possible. We are offering more training opportunities and taking on multiple diversity and culture initiatives to help make all employees feel welcomed and respected.
