As far as agencies go, it’s the best

Pros

Work alongside exceptional talent and grow rapidly. Everyone on the team (really) is super kind and someone you would want to actually be friends with. The clients are high-profile and the projects are both challenging and fun.

Cons

Timelines can be tight at times and workdays can be long, but that’s agency life.

The place is very poorly managed. Hiring project managers straight out of school and underpaying them is no way to tun a business.
