A Good Place to learn your skills

Cons

Despite their claim that people are a priority, you will not be valued. You are just a number to them. Extreme Micro Management leads to poor attitudes across the entire shop.

An always growing environment that offers many opportunities to grow yourself. They stand behind their employees and make sure you feel like you contribute to the company's success.

Cons

Sometimes there are choices made by management that don't make the most sense to all employees, but they do try to explain them.

This company has great employee benefits and over all employee appreciation recognition. The atmosphere is friendly and encourages internal growth.

I am at the Eau Claire location for RIverside, so can't speak to Metal Craft, No cons for this location.
