Great co-workers and career opportunities

Pros

I really enjoy my co-workers and feel that everyone really tries to work together to achieve our goals everyday. We are also in growth mode and I have seen many internal employees move and develop into other positions as well as others grow in their current position. Lot's of opportunities to learn and grow due to the challenging work.

Cons

The company is growing and with growing is change. The changes are moving the right direction in how we get work done more efficiently. However, change is not for everyone so unfortunately some people have decided to leave for new opportunities.

Pros

Metal Craft and Riverside are definitely full of potential. I knew when I started at Metal Craft there was lots of opportunities for growth and advancement. The company has lots of good customers and the people working there are some of the best you will find. It is a very friendly environment and everyone works very hard. People I believe is the core strength of any company. That is what separates us from other companies.

Cons

Like all shops there are the typical trials and tribulations. Some days are stressful. Some days you have lots of issues to deal with that can get exhausting. Its like that no matter where you work though. There has been a lot of change and transitions to make the company better. There is no doubt there has been some turnover of people as well. Things are going in the right direction though and I feel a positive era is in the future.
