Management was very terrible in my opinion. Human resources was out to fire anyone for anything especially if you didn't play along with their micromanaging nonsense. I remember my supervisor forcing me to lift extremely heavy items my first day back from having a back surgery. It caused me to have more issues and kept having to miss work due to the pain. Another employee had to miss work after a serious car accident that was NOT his fault ( he was rear ended by an ambulance that hit black ice) and Human Resources told him to take "collision prevention courses" and wrote him up for missing work anyway! These are just 2 of the hundred examples I can think of about how terrible of a company and the management is at Metalor. Please avoid!
