Pros

Weekly pay, lots of days off for holidays, great PTO package after 6 months. Very relaxed work environment with a small crew.

Cons

Little to no opportunity to advance further. Some employees receive "special treatment". Management seems too preoccupied with other things at times.

co-workers were great, assemblies were fun and easy to build, process plans were great, hours of work were great.

Cons

Management was very disorganized, management constantly belittled employees, management took advantage of employees.
