Safety is first and foremost, over 1900 days at time of this post without recordable incidents. Like to promote from within. 2 shifts to choose from. Use cranes and forklifts for lifting instead of by hand. One of easiest labor jobs. Grill Lunch on regular basis.

Cons

Warehouse heat during summer, Can take a few weeks to get crane and forklift certified.
