- Amazing culture and friendly people. There is not a single person that isn't approachable. It is a relaxing environment to work in. - From the perspective of a University graduate, Metapack is an excellent place to start your career. There are plenty to learn that University doesn't teach and your colleagues are ready to help you and share their knowledge from their own experiences and skills. - The location is convenient that is easy to get to especially if you live close to Central London. - Uses latest tools and technology for software development. - Excellent benefits

Cons

- Depending on what team you are in, OOP i.e Java may be minimal (this mostly goes for Junior roles). - Minimal incentive to bring in training on more relevant technology.
