Pros
The people that make up the business are the biggest asset, everyone is very friendly and helpful and the management know how to look after their employees with rewarding opportunities. There are opportunities to develop and move around the business if you have the right skill set and want to change your career path. There isn't much internal training unless you network internally and know the right colleagues to talk to, a lot of development would be self taught. You do need to be a proactive person to work at MetaPack and not expect things to be handed to you on a plate. If you want something make it happen! Most people are entrepreneurial which gives the business drive and passion to be the best! The snack cupboard, fruit delivery everyday and the massage are a great bonus!
Cons
The location as it is quite a distance to walk from the nearby stations. One way to help you stay fit.
