      Pros

      Metapack's journey has been a great rise. The calibre of the clients and the length of the relationships the business has is really of the highest degree. The business has gone through many transformations (which is a good thing) and is now focussed for continued growth. The heart of the business is the employees and it is a great big family to belong to. I'm pleased to be part of the business and I have experienced tremendous personal growth.

      Cons

      The strategy in the past has not always been the clearest, but this has been rectified. The growth has been exciting but like any company in high growth it has brought with it, it's associated problems.
